someone analyze this video, what happened other than the rear end separating from the swing arms- I don't get how that could happen unless the ASS didn't weld his mounts properly when he switched to a better unit- honestly that rear end couldn't have been a 10 bolt and Im fairly sure that the 12 bolts werent on the 3 gen camaros

That was NOT a 10 bolt rear, it would just twisted the axles or fragged the carrier before it did what it did. Looks to me like the 4 link stuff ahd some issues. The Dirveshaft let go, for sure... a lack of pinion angle control, and presto, centrifugal force rips it from beneath the car :p
