Do you get tax for having a condo in Houston? I know up in Boston you mostly pay condo fee. I think of selling my house up in Boston in near future and get a condo. I'm not much of a landscaping type of guy because grew up in Boston and grass is limited. :hsugh: So, condo would fit me nicely.

you have to pay property tax. plus usually an association fee's that pay fro upkeep of the grounds and the outside of the complexes. we've also started paying a group ins.
