wtf @ tranny option? And why is Nissan/Infiniti only going with Bridgestone Potenza's on all their cars lately!?!?!?! Don't they know peeps don't know how to drive in the rain and those suck in the rain even more! Sure they are good in the dry but dang... a lot better choices out there than those...

Don't know about their tire choices. If the paddle shifter shifts faster than a manual, I welcome it. Hasn't Ferrari made that switch permanently?

yeah i think manuals will die off as these dual clutch setups get better and better ect.

There is so much misinformation about this car.

Just yesterday i read that the base would start at $57K and it will make less HP than the premuim edition.

Really interested to see what the deal is ...

Dorian dude, the RE070 is extremely badass street tire. Rain traction probably isnt good but will always be a opportunity cost of cornering. But as far as I knew this tire isnt readily available in the U.S.

Regardless its comparable to many advan series tires and a great choice for any manufacturer.

No manual transmission option makes me sad. :(

The "edition" names make me laugh a little.

I questioning their choice of Bose. I know Nissan has used them in the past, but I thought they had some sort of agreement with Rockford Fosgate?

Better than Dunlop. :) Dunlops are shitty tires. You might as well be driving on grease.

the rockfords are an option on some lines but bose remains the standard on the nissan models. and the paddle shift is great..shift when u want like a manual...never miss shift, 100000 times faster than anyone can shift, and less maintenance for people who cant drive a standard right or shift all rough and hard trying to race.

Most purists will still argue that a regular old manual transmission is just more fun, though.

manual is more fun indeed ... I'm wondering about the strength of this transmission. ormand says this one will suck shit, but then again he drives a Honda, so he's got somewhat of a "sky is falling" attitude towards transmissions. FWD messes up people's brains, you know. It makes men want other men.

Haha ormand, I know you're watching.

Ya I know the RE070 is great for dry weather. I just think they could have choose a better tire since so many have tires that are for all weather conditions perform just as well in the dry too.

side rant: I just hate seeing those things on sedans knowing damn well that families drive them ya know. I was at the Infiniti dealership this past weekend looking at a G37S and an FX35. Of course no one looks at the stock tires they are coming with now a days. And the sales person wasn't saying shit about them for the peeps with kids checking out the sedan. :(

It's like how a lot of cars come with Michelin MXV4's. They are crap in terms of handling and grip. But they sure do last a long time.

they took that blue color from the 350 line up too and replaced it with that dark blue. Looks good but its like nissan turned emo with all the dark colors and they just use the red color to simulate the blood.

No, they still have Daytona Blue as well as San Marino Bule - None the less I'm fuckin' sick of Grey and Silver being the #1 color choice on cars nowadays.
