So I've been having lower back pains anytime I lean over, or move around alot at work. I'm only 19 and wondering what the heck is wrong with me??? Someone mentioned an "adjustment" or something like that. I'd like to pay you guys a visit.. PM me please..

STRONGLY RECOMMEND: NOT TO LIFT WEIGHTS AND CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE IF YOU HAVE A LABOR INTENSE ONE.
Check with Dr. Santos in clearlake (St. Johns Hospital): 281.333.2727 if you have health insurance then its $10-$15
