didnt the time between sending pm used to be every 30 seconds not every 60 seconds

Why the hell is there a time limit between private messages anyhow? Between posts I can understand but what is the point of limiting PM usage?

PMs can fill up a someone's inbox, helps to frustrate PM whores. its only under a minute between PMs anyway.
