sounds like a decent deal, anything grossing $600K for under $100k is pretty rare.

I just got off the phone with the owner Henry. Very nice and informative person to speak to. He also told me that it is a turn-key operation which will include all inventory, tools, accounts, etc. etc....hmmm. I really like this deal.

I thought it was a typo grossing 60k. If you think about it, who wouldn't jump on this deal?
With existing accounts and full inventory, you'll be on the positive side in less than a year.
I'll go 10% on whoever buying this business. :thumb:

What a company grosses (revenue) per year is not going to determine the value of the company...Assets, profits, stability, etc. are some of the attributes..

So is this thread even real? The guy who posted this never replied. I called and no answer.
Serious buyer here, please pm me.

not true - i do business valuations all the time that include gross profits. there are several segments of industry that use a percentage of the gross profit to determind value, although it is usually averaged in with a different method...however net profit is usually the biggest factor.
closing the thread, if the creator wants to open it again please PM me.
