my ebrake light...

this just started happenning a few weeks ago:

i have no idea why the ebrake light keeps turning on when i accelerate and turning off when i decelerate. it works normally when i pull it, but it just keeps on turning on-off-on-off when i go-stop-go-stop, it is so damn annoying.

has this happened to anyone or do i just have a retarded car? is there something i can do?...

its either your brake fluid level or u need to change pads. check your owners manual it will tell u for sure what it means more then likely its the pads though .

ill be taking my car to replace my pads, check fluids, and make sure my tranny doesn't blow...hehe

Maybe your Ebrake handle is a little loose and needs to be adjusted, just a suggestion, see if it has some play init when you pull it up and down, that just sounded really gay but you know what I mean dude!

most likely its ur brake fluid...as your pads wear out, the level goes down...juss check the fluid..

hmm..... i thought the e-brake worked off a cable going to the rear brakes... am i wrong
