Anyone that works there or has experience with their poilicies? Please let me know about their speaker warranties? Say i blew out a speaker but the tweets came off...would they cover it or not? If not, then what is the whole point of getting the warranty?

umm yeah, so my tweeters came off the speaker, no i never hit it or kicked it, it looks like the tweeter blew off the speaker, yeah wtf?!

so i took it back to CarToys and they said they dunno if they can replace it, i do have a 1 year warranty with it. So they dick me around and i just ended up wanting to fuck with them so i had them ship it around to whereever they send to be looked at, and it should be a couple more weeks before they tell me anything.

if u want a place with a badass warranty go to precision audio off veterans memorial right by the beltway, he give a lifetime warranty and basically says he doesnt care how u blow a speaker etc. reallllly good prices to..check them out

If all you're wanting to do is return them, abuse Best Buy, go buy a set of those same 5x7's, wait about a week, then return under warranty, the blown ones. Then a lil later, return the good ones for store credit, if you don't want them. It's best buy, if you can't find something to use store credit on in there, you need to be shot :thumb:

EDIT: I don't think they'll let you return used speakers for anything BUT store credit

When you buy the warranty they told me i would get the deposit back if my speakers did not have to be replaced. I never got my money back. Has anyone heard of this warranty at cartoys. It was the crappy one at willowbrook.

go to CC they seel those infinity's if they are the reference, swap them they have a hassle free return policy, tya lemme know if you need me to help I got a few buddies I used to work with still working at circuit...sugarland area though....
