Due to the popularity of the introductory 2006 Legacy spec.B, this year Subaru execs have chosen to make the spec.B a regular production model rather than limiting production to a scant 500 copies. Carrying the same $34,620 sticker price, we had a chance to sample what the same money buys one year later. you made a mistake in the way the article was written. At first you were implying that the 5 speed was still in the car, and then you mention that the 6 speed was added. I understand what you were trying to do, saving that mention for later, however in execution the writing didn't really come out that way.

I was going to correct you, but I decided to wait until the end of the article.

The weight increase is also almost entirely due to the heavier and stronger gearbox, designed in Germany.

Just an FYI.

It looks nice, but an SRT-8 charger stickers for about the same. It would be fun to drive one though.
