Ive been in 2 wrecks and both of them have jolted me around. Before the 2nd one my neck had randomly given out and I was in extreme pain. I went to Quail Valley Chiropractic and started doing treatment. Yet on the way to work the 2nd one happened and made it worse. The girls insurance had covered a lot of it.
Yet I am no longer a full time student so my health insurance has run out, and I stopped going to QVC. They also made no real effort to call me when I missed an appointment and figured they didn't really care. Its now awkward to call and made it to the point where its uncomfortable to go there or ask for advise.
My lower back still hurts a lot when I sit and just in the past 2 weeks I have had a bad neck cramp that won't go away. My range of motion on my neck is reduced, and my back pain is so bad sometimes I have to get up and walk around. I do stretches that the old doctor gave me but it doesn't seem to help.
Is there anything I can do exercise wise or pain med thats over the counter? Any info is appreciated. Its just putting a huge damper on my life.
