WEEKS WORK! (bringin it back...SEPT 4th - SEPT 10th)

the rules:

-max of 5 photos that were taken between the dates, if you pick stuff from past weeks to impress us you are only fooling yourself.
-keep the res respectable (we should all know how to work a basic image editing program to resize) i think max of 800x600 is max) i usually post photos that are 650-700 on the long end.
-try and provide some background on the photo through basic description or captioning (camera info is optional, but helps out others)
-if you are going to respond try and keep from quoting all the other photos so we dont have super long, huge threads like the meet photos threads.
-if you are going to comment or critique please do so, but just coming in here saying "wHaT leNz?" or "WhAt CaM u Usin?" really isnt what any of us want to hear.

if you have any other comments or suggestions pm me.

right. its called weeks work people a lot of professional forums with working photogs do this to see what their peers are working on. it doesnt have to be for work, just whatever during the week. im fixing to do mine i swear!

photo taken on saturday behind my house. friend and i went behind my house (construction site) to take some random pics, i wanted to test out my new 630. this was taken with the 630 on the digital macro setting. i found this in the street and snapped a quick pic. didnt touch it, no idea where it came from or who enjoyed using it. but i really like the pic, duno why, but i do.

actually horrible... well its not a buss. ;) its more like a hobby since they aint paying.. not trying to insult or anything but these people are truly GAY! they fucking are looking over the pics for 3-4 weeks now.. still havent decided which ones they want... and sinec i didnt have a ocntrat then i couldnt do a 50% up front 50% later deal, i got fucked.. im not really expecting them to pay anymore.. im tired of calling and having the same answer and telling them "well call me asap to get together and decide on how much you owe me.." and they always coming into best buy... damn gay people

man, always explain to the client whats expected of you, and what theyll expect to get in return, I wouldnt put up with that, and wouldnt want to put the photographer through that either. The pics have already been taken, how hard is it to pick some pics.. I have a motto now.. everyone pays. I waste too much time in front of the computer to do things for free nowadays. its either take me to dinner, buy me some beers or straight up cash. always works and pays for new camera equipment..good luck with everything.

ive been meaning to ask what settings you use? everyone of your pics, the skin on the person seems to be so clear and crisp. the coloring is just amazing. ive snapped a few and i cant get the color to look as rich as yours do.

you cant just type in a code in your camera and take good photos. settings arent really going to help you much.

haha no offense taken. i dont just have a 630. i just wasnt sure if you do alot or any touching up in pshop, or if your camera is just that crazy. im still a noob so i got a lot to learn and i know youre one of the most experienced on the board ;)
