This 6.2 megapixel digital single lens reflex camera features interchangable lenses. It is in its original box with all written info, both Spanish and English. It comes with the BG-1 battery grip, two batteries, the 18 to 55 kit lens, charger, strap and a 512 Mb Sandisk SD card. Seller will consider selling without the lens for $400. Price is firm as it is a great deal already.

Is this a good deal? I am learning a bit about photography and want to upgrade my current point and shoot.

You can get a used XT with kit lens for probably $500. Depends how "used" that camera is as well. How long have they owned it and how many shots has it taken? It does have a battery grip though, which is nice.

Well sounds like I'll be looking for used XTs. Thanks! Oh...whats the battery grip worth?
