Phone, charger, USB cord, CD, Manual. Has, what looks like, rubbing from the buttons on the sides of the screen but doesn't affect anything, other then that, a little normal wear and tear on the phone.

These are the best I could get, the screen is shiny so it's hard to get one without a glare, but you can make them out. You don't really see them when looking at the screen only when you turn it and the light hits them...if that's understandable. Also forgot to mention it comes with another faceplate (black faceplate) and the tool to remove the screws.
