I went to seaworld on the weekend it was my firstime and i enjoyed it a lot
took some pics and i wanted to know what everyone thinks and what i can do to take better pics
just to let you know im not a pro i just like taking pics as my hobby but a hobby i would like to take more seriously :)

well first things first. to go pro in the photo world you need a really sweet logo to put all over every photo you take.
since youve done that. you are pro.

haha yeah the logo thing im so used to putting that on all of my digital illustrations/art ect. for my portfolio but like i said its just a hobby i wanna take more seriously
but seriously any real tips???

if you have a dslr, try playing with the shutter speed and film settings, and take the pictures in raw mode, there's a lot of stuff you can correct with the software. your still pictures look good, your fish pictures aren't as clear and tweaking with the settings a little bit should make those sharper. another thing you could do too, is to focus on one stand alone fish next time and catch every other fish moving around him, just something that shows to actions going on at once. if you dont have a dslr, then you can still go into your manual settings and tinker a bit with film speed and in some instances shutter, and just play with that until you get it right. but nice pic's none the less

I think this photo is the best of the set. The leading lines are appropriate. The picture seems a little unbalanced since there's no real focal point, but you couldn't have really arranged the photo any differently in my opinion. It could have gained from a slightly slower exposure because it would have made the picture "glow".

This picture is the most ameature of the bunch in my opinion. You cut off the flamingo's tail which makes it unbalanced, and the crow behind his head is disruptive to the natural "flow" of the picture.

Thanks guys ill keep that advice in mind i gotta use my camera a lot more i havent used it in a while as yall can tell
