The store is located on the Northwest side of Houston. Just as with every other listing, you'll need to swing by my office to sign an NDA to get the specific address as well as a copy of the financial statements. After looking at the financial statement, you can see where the money is going off of the gross to get the net income.

I don't see why you think it's low though - it looks pretty much right on PAR for a business like this.
