My friend needs to know if there is a shop that could buil him a turbo manifold and all the pipes and down pipe for a Pontiac sunfire.

Any shop that has a fab/welder can do it. Piping is universal just have to route it out. Just call around and get prices. Their going to ask to see the car first to figure out how hard it is.
