I am selling this part for a friend who is stationed oversees with the United States Army. As such, I will try my best to describe this part along with answer any questions you may have. This tank cover was removed from my friend’s 2003 Honda CBR600RR shortly after he purchased the bike. The part should have no more than 50 miles on it. This should fit 2003, 2004, and 2005 models with no problem. I am told the yellow color with a light metallic flake was a limited edition color used only for 2003. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would describe this part as an 8. The only flaw in it is the light scratch, approximately one-and-a-half inches in length, directly behind the Honda wings logo on the right side of the tank. I believe this could be polished out, as the scratch is in the paint and not the part. Being this is a used part, there are no warranties and/or guarantees associated in the final sale.
