Decided to try to sell my bike outright rather than let the dealer ram-rod me on trade in value. It's an 2004 purchased new in crate in Jan. 2005. Has approximately 8400 miles, most of which were racked up cruising to work(40 miles each way). This thing has never been left outside, not even at work. The bike is in excellent condition other than a small crack on the fairing where the blinker is mounted and some tiny scratch on the lower fairing. This happened when the bike fell over after I took it off the stand and did'nt put the kick stand down. The frame slider took the rest of the damage.
Mods include:
-Termignoni C/F slip on
-Arata rear sets (GP shift or standard)
-Ohlins rear shock/spring
-Racetech Front end(less than 100 miles on it)
-Goodrich SS Brake/clutch lines w/ Motul fluids
-New EBC brake pads
-BMC air filters
-Power comander
-Puig double bubble wind screen
-Single rider cowl
-Watson Design front LED blikers
-Jardine Fender Eliminator
-Derlin Frame Sliders
-Extra set of stock wheels and tires (BT002's)
Still have all the stock parts and the bike has the factory 4 year unlimited mileage warranty that is transferrable. I've ridden the bike at 4 track days, 3 in C group(slow) and 1 in B group(less slow). Never been dogged on and never had the front wheel off the ground.
I'm asking what I owe on the bike, $9000.
Or $8500 w/o the extra wheels/tires.
This is a steal considering all the money I've dumped into it. All labor and service on the bike was performed by Honda of Houston and Motorcycles unlimited. Patrick can vouch for me I'm sure.
