Recpetionist / File Clerk Possition Open

Ok my boss has asked me for any recommendations for a position that opened up in another one of her companies.

Basically its a file clerk job. You MUST posses ALL of the following skills:

- Filing (there is lots of filling involved, so if you don’t like it don’t waste your time)
- Computer literate (you got to know your way around a keyboard and the general Microsoft Office applications).
- Data Entry (lots of it)
- Be punctual (you need to be on time)
- Basic phone skills

It's a 30 hour work week (possibly more if you want more), and I do not know the pay. However they pay pretty good in general so I don't think you will be low balled in any way. Plus shes a super sweet lady. I think its located in the Galleria area of town.

I'm not going to recommend you if i think your going to flake or just not be able to cut it cause my names on the line here. So basically serious applicants only. And of course can be female or male.

to let u know: i dont mix work with recreation...especially an office job. i work hard, then i play hard when im not working.

and theres ways to pass those silly pee tests...trust me ill pass that shit.

Well you will work in conjunction with me but at different offices...

The lady who is in charge of our HR dept here OWNS the copmany you would be working for. That copmany is a temp agency, but this possition is for the actual copmany and you will not be subcontracted out.

Shes super sweet actaully. And from what i gether its and office full or girls :) I've never been but we call eachother a lot n fax a bunch... but everyone seams nice.

well how is time management? is there like SHITLOAD busy or is there slow then busy?

i dont switch jobs.. last job i had was 4 months, job before that was a year and 3 months...i only quit because of school or management was filled with faggots. but seeing how i need to raise 5k, i think ill be there for awhile.
