Wanted Female Technician for light duty work

In the morning I am all alone at the shop and no one is there to help me out so I can get a lot accomplished. I've already oked it with my boss and he has allowed me some funds to hire a female auto tech that is well versed with the Import auto world and also has good phone skills. It would be part time work, 2 days out of the week minimum from 9AM until 1 or 2PM. You would be paid when there is work, and I do have work for a part time person. Pay would be flexible but more than working at Best Buy or Kroger, so worth your while. You'd have to be able to stay out past 2AM for some night time auto fun, and also be up to going to auto meets when the shop goes with some cars. The shop is a proffessional shop located right off I-45 North Feeder RD. in the woodlands. The regular repair side caters from old VW to Audis, the Mercedes Benz, Porsche, BMW, Saab, Volvo, to Japanese cars, new Ferraris which sometimes you'll get to take for a spin (4 Ferraris driven by these hands). You will not have to touch anything american or anything that is not worth our time. The work you will be doing will mainly be engine work and electrical diagnostic work. We don't do oil changes, suspension, brakes, or any useless fluid changes, everything we do at the shop is necessary and worth it to the customer's life of the car. You have to have a positive attitude, no smoking in the shop, no drinking of alcohol, a valid drivers license, willingness to learn and to show what you have learned, good handwriting (guilty), and be able to lift a truck tire (no trucks come in, but you will be lifting some stuff that heavy) You'll be taking apart engines labeling everything, bring to me any issues you have with the task at hand. To clarify this... meaning a customer comes in and for no reason do they need to get their transmission serviced, brake fluid changed, or oil changed, Coolant changed, that sort of thing. It needs to be done, but done eventually, just not at that moment. If it needs to be done then we'll suggest it.

Ok, fine, I need a TECH (gender does not matter) Someone that can work part time in the mornings and that has at least done some major engine work, even if it didn't turn out like it should have. You can use your own tools if you like. I think next week is when I'm going to need help. So come by if you are intrested in working there. I will only accept walk-ins. You'll have to fill in some information on an application, not sure what the head boss wants, but pretty much I want to get at least 3 ppl and then make a decision. I already had one applicant and I let him do some stuff, but I wasn't too happy with his whining on how to do something. So PM me and then tell me when you are going to be coming in. I prefer some technical background or some proof that you have touched the engine of a car, and Soldering skills are a must, if you can't solder learn quickly.
