Ok folks, my GF and I are coming up on one year in a day or so...so I was wondering what you guys would suggest dining wise in the NORTH CENTRAL part of houston (I am NOT fighting my way to Westy...). I'd like to stay about 50 bux for two people (and she'd hit me if I spent alot...I'm skurred :hide: ). We both enjoy Mexican food, Italian, adn Asian cuisine. Suggestions NOT of those type are VERY welcome as well, I'm always down to try new types of food (Is there anywhere in Houston to get good Falafel on the North side?...for lunch of course). Thanks guys :)

lol, damn Randal, I'm cheap...but not THAT cheap :thumb: i personally don't see how a meal for two can run over 50 bux or so (not tip and drinks guys, just the food). I eat out at the normal places all the time...I just wanted somthing slightly different :hs:
As for HB steakhouse...I've heard their food was good...how's the atmosphere (don't want kids running around and shit...that annoys me). This is by no means a "formal" type of dinner.

its yur anniversary. why not make it special.
personally whenever anyone asks me a restaurant to recommend in person or online. i always recommend Flemings.
kirby & w. alabama
its a more "upscale" place but with a great/kick back atmosphere that lets u feel like u guys can be yurself without havin the feelin of botherin others around u. or if u want to be a little more private and cuddly u can reserve a booth or a small table outside.
