I like the new Maxima, but don't like the cuts in interior quality. With sagging sales and interest, I wouldn't be surprised if "Maxima" was cut by the end of this generation.

The Maxima used to be such a pimp ride, too :-/

i never liked the bucktooth look very much. i like the change they made with the lower part of the front bumper as well.

Yeah, it's a minor facelift ... not time for the next gen yet.

Getting rid of the 'tooth' can only be a good thing. I still don't know why awd is not at least an option on this car. The platform can easily support it, since the awd Murano uses the same FF-L chassis. The Maxima needs something to differentiate itself from the Altima and regain the upper hand over the more powerful Toyota Avalon.

It would be great to see the 7th gen Maxima become a reskinned, decontented version of the Infiniti M35, but that's a little over the top.

Looks damn near the same to me, aside from the bumper/grille. Looks alot better though.

Seems like mid-generation facelift, not a whole new gen. I like the new grill better than what they currently have!
