Additional information

Here's the deal. I bought this car with a blown motor a couple months ago. I dropped the motor and stripped it to the block and head. I sent the block and head to the machine shop and had it completly rebuilt; pistons, rings, bearings, oil pump, water pump, three angle valve job, etc. I put it back together with a new timing belt, clutch and flywheel, fuel filter and all the necessary heater hoses and clamps that needed to be replaced. I also replaced the rearend mount.
The downfall is that I did not replace the cat conv. It was not flowing enough and it caused the engine to slightly overheat the other night and blew the head gasket. It now idles rough, but still drives okay. the turbo still spools the same, but there is some power loss due to the blown head gasket. I gutted the cat so there will be no more overheating. This car still starts up fine and runs good. The inspection is good till 12/ 06. The registration is good til 02/ 06. This car can be drivin until the head gasket goes all the way. I recommend getting the head done ASAP. I talked to the owner of the machine shop and he said he would help me out on the head and do it again. I'm asking 2200, so I don't lose too much money. If you got the cash and want to talk, let me know or call me @ 713 397 2212.
This car has a k & n air induction system and the estimated HP in good running condition is 100 at the front and 100 at the rear. This car is surprisingly fast when its running good. all it needs is a head gasket and rework the head.

honsetly, it's all labor. the head gasket won't be much. and the head is under warranty. so you need to find someone that will take the motor out and take the head off. or do it yourself. then your paying with your sanity

the car is in great shape. the interior is really nice, all electronics are working; power windows, door locks, sunroof, lumbar and side squeeze (whatever that's called). just call me if you are serious and you want to see this shit.
