limit sig pic size

its not really a problem, more like an annoyance.
a few people have some really large sigs.
i dont need to see a pic of someones car that takes up half my screen, and to top it off, they post in the same thread 5 times in a row, so i see his/her car over and over again. i dont think it would be asking too much to cap the size of users sigs.

yes we have sigs, i didnt say eliminate them...please read the first post, it says to put a cap on the maximum allowable size a sig could be. some people have rediculously oversized sigs which not only slow the loading time, but also are annoying as fuck.
