The Challenge: Drink a gallon of water straight from the gallon bottle in under half an hour, walk around like you normally would, and don't throw up.

Back story: It all started at the last SE meet when Rob (boostylicious) was called out to foot race Hurley (stangin&bangin), that somehow went into a discussion about how much water a body can handle.

The Challenge: Drink a gallon of water straight from the gallon bottle in under half an hour, walk around like you normally would, and don't throw up.

I seriously drink A lot of water. I drink 4-5 normal bottles of water daily in class, water from random campus fountains. A huge glass when I workout. Another huge glass before I go to sleep.

Its a really easy/cheap way to help you gain muscle.

Actually its just intaking too much water that your kidneys cant process, so they shut down.

wtf, they don't shut down! It just forces your body to process that water in other ways (sweat usually), but even that can only do so much. Eventually the body just rejects it and you throw up.
