Employment section.

People could post jobs that they hear are hiring along with some brief info about the job and requirements. It wouldn't be the biggest part of the forum but it might help a few peeps.

we could work it two ways, either a place for employers to place ads for work (ala monster) or a place for prospective employees to post the need for work......

if we posted a forum for employees looking for work....we would have hundreds of posts for looking for work and no posts for filling the position...we've seen it before in ramblings...everyone posts that they need work but noone hiring them...

be nice for us fellow members of the forum to post job positions avaliable and those that need it can fill the slots.
