**No More Posting Of Fight/Ass Beating/Violence Videos** [Archive]

Yeah, like the title says......no more of it.

Why?

1) Some of you have been posting videos of people being beat to death, there's really no need for that. If we stopped the posting of beheading videos, these shouldn't be any exception.

2) Seems like no one can watch the video for what its worth....some folks have to find a way to express why they "hate" a certain group of people based on what is shown in the videos.

Just added.....

3) I don't ever watch those videos, i'm scared of getting viruses from those shady sites yo!

So what kind of videos fall under this "rule"?

Suicides
People getting jumped
Gang Fights
Crack Heads breaking into cars
Anyone breaking into cars
Bum fights
Shootings
Beheadings

so basically any graphic violence

i put this idea out 1.5 years ago and all the staff told me i was dumb for saying it that it was censorship. I still think it's a good idea..

the 2 two soldiers and their girldfriends went to the club (just got back from iraq) while in the club one of the females complain that the suspects grabbed her ass. words were exchange, but the soldiers decide to leave the club. but before leaving one of the females throw food at the suspects and from there the soldiers get layed out.

Here's why:

People get their cars/homes broken into all the time on this site.......why should we turn around and post that kind of activity as entertainment? I could see if the video shows the guy getting caught by the police or the victim, but 9 times out of 10 that's not happening.

IMO, it's not that big of a deal.

The porn was taken off of Houston-Imports. People bitched for a few days, then adjusted to it.

NWS threads are no longer allowed. Same story, same result.

Now that the violenece-related videos are a no-no, it's going to be the same routine. A few people will gripe about censorship, rights, blah blah blah... and eventually everyone will get over it.

I appreciate what the managers and moderators of this site are doing to keep everything working well and keeping this site clean.

Dont forget that all the pornographic material has to have some sort of legal verification of some sort to prove the actors are over 18 (come september 1st). getting rid of them saves the sight from alot of future problems and headaches.
