spec-5 vs 2k1+ civic ex

well on my way to work this morning i was cruising down the highway when i started to here this buzzzzzzz, i turn off my radio cuz i thought it might be my car when i see this 2k1 civic ex up ahead with his fart cannon.

I catch up to him and we both get over to the middle lane to pass some cars, while in the middle lane i hear him downshift and his exhaust went to highpitch weedwacking mode. I just downshift to 5th at ~70mph. He gets to the opening first and guns it, i follow suit but only press the gas in about 3/4 of the way. I am basically staying right on his bumper(about .25cars back though), so i decided to just floor it to show him that he doesnt really stand a chance, and i pull right up to him.

so this time he pulls up right next to me again at 70mph and i drop it to 4th this time and press the gas down 3/4 again and pull on him with ease.

I guess this person just doesnt think his car is slower because he pulls up next to me again, so this time i said fuck it, shut off the DEFROSTER, and floored it in 4th, put a good 2-3 cars on him by 108(top of 4th).

After that he exited and i slowed back down to my normal cruise of 80.

this guy had the obligatory SIR sticker in the back(he had a sunroof thats how i new it was an ex), the z3 fenders and of course his fart cannon at least. What i found the funniest was he has a sticker across his rear window that said "Warning this car is known to smoke you"

i knew the defroster was on the whole time, just didnt feel like shutting it off.

yeah you gotta have the defroster off, no question about that one

otherwise you're looking at a serious conflict of top end performance loss, and with a Honda Civic EX, you need as much power as you can get

oh yeah i really needed the extra power to pull on a civic ex. i was realing him in at 80mph in 5th gear not even floored with teh defroster on

i would like to know why the SIR sticker is so called obligatory i have a 2k1 civic and i dont have a SIR sticker i guess its obligatory for sentra owners to be jackasses :hit:
