Photoshop my friends car?

Well this is my friends ride, a '95 Nissan Maxima. The paint is messed up so hes looking to get a black paint job and hes also thinking about some rims 18"s Preferably black rims or black with chrome lip. So i was wondering if some of ya'll PS pro's could help him out.. HE really wants to see what'll look like after paint.

EDIT: HE doesn't care RIMS CAN BE BLINGIN' CHROME or black or black with chrome lip.
