b16 tranny installation

Does andyone know any easy ways to install a tranny? The car is on jack stands and I have a bad back and the jack doesnt help much since the engine is tilted downward since no tranny is on.
Whats an easy way to get the spindle into the clutch hole? its so hard to align it perfectly.

just have somebody push from the bottom and someone pull from the top and just align the spindle and bolt it up. It should be pretty easy. Atleast it kinda was in my crx.
