tranny leaking

ok, i bought a used tranny and bought the oem axel seal from honda and it still leaks from the drivers side seal?i put new axles and everything.why would it be doing this?i bought abs axels by mistake but it dosent matter on the ends going into the tranny right? do all d series axel seals have the same part number?

double check to make sure the axle is in all the way, if it is, then you probably messed up the seal when installing the axle or installing the seal.

well i learned something new today boys and girls,the seal sits flush with the end tranny and not pushed all the way to the back.....thanks again to cyper at ground level....
