OK, YESTERDAY, I RACED A INTEGRA, I WON, BUT WHEN I GOT OFF THE HIGHWAY AND STOP AT THE LIGHT, IT WAS HARD TO PUT IT INTO GEAR, I BLEEDED THE SLEEVE CYLINDER AND ITS STILL THE SAME, AND WHEN ITS IN GEAR AND ON A STOP, MY CAR BOGGS ON ME
ANY HELP GUYZ

could be that you've ground the tips of the gear sliders. I had it happen on my bug. had to force it into gear. After a while the gear wore so it shifted smoother, however it's a sign of a failing tranny. Other then that you may have roasted the clutch.
wtf does your tranny problems have to do with Tuning and Electronics......

clutch doesnt slip, could it be the presure plate, or my gears

yeah the gears could be it. If you grind it can flare out the end of the gears making it hard to get into gear.

Man i would be careful that happened to my teg and wha had happened was the gears were so grounded that it looked like 2 bread sticks when i opened my tranny, It also looked like a bomb went off in it.

i found out the problem, it was my pressure plate and clutch, thank god it wasnt my gears, thanks guyz

That has happend to me before then it just got better over time.However the tranny isnt really that great anymore.

did you get it fixed yet?
it sounds like your clutch is not disengaging when you push in on the clutch pedal.
your master or slave cylinder could be leaking. You may want to do some troubleshooting to check those parts out also.
