gearing on Civic Si 05

When crusiing around 60mph on 5th gear should the RPM be at exactly 3,000 rpm? It seems way too high to be crusing speed. Not much load either

sounds right for honda
gsr is about the same

add a 6th gear, not too hard, contact fearless racing

Listen remember that that a engine is only starts making power at 3000k...

You could add a 6 speed from a RSX-S which has an overdrive 6th gear.

the 6spd from the type S would be a better overdrive.. but not by much

hmm I dont think I'll be wanting to add another gear but thanks. Seems like its a big waste of gas though :\
