i have a proble with my tranny

i got a 99 integra gsr and my 3 gear scratches and sometimes it wont go in untill i kind of slow dwn what could it be tranny,clutch,synchoniser, lmk all help would be helpfull thankz

if it's only 3rd gear, it's prolly the synchro.
