Well depends on what you mean by alot of boost. My experinces w/ b20 turboed motors have been 9 punds max on a safe tune will last a good while b4 you crack a sleave or brake something. But the motors where never bored out any. Im not 100% sure if your comment about them being weaker is true or not im sure secret or mike will chime in and answer that for you tho. But any time you bore it out (max is 50 over witch would give you a 84.5mm pistion) You will make it weaker. I dont think it would be able to handle more that about 7-9 and a good safe tune. Thats just me and my experinces tho im sure eather mike or secret will give you a good summery of whats up.

if you're going boost, spend the extra 800-900 bucks and get the block sleeved.

:wrd: then it doesn't matter what motor you use between the LS and the B20. if you just have a motor laying around to grenade then boost the shit out of a B20, but i'd say with stock sleeves properly tuned i think you could get to 9psi with no problems.

My bottem end lasted threw too many bottle of spray at a 120 shot and it still runs strong. The piston walls on the b20 are thicker than a ls, ive heard plenty of people running 12psi on a stock b20b bottem end. These motors last a long time too.

boost has nothing to do with what the block can handle. i've seen a bone stock LS block push 28psi on pump gas and not even skip a beat. but the turbo was about the size of a straight t3 and even at 28psi it was only making 280whp. but i've seen other LS's and B20's, and every other stock honda block, blow at 8psi on a big turbo like a PT67 or GT35, course they were also making 350-400whp. it comes down to how much power is being made, not how much boost is being ran.
farthest i'd push a stock block to would be 250-300whp. anything more than that and your running on borrowed time.

I have come to the realization that if you want to drive on a stock motor turboed, stop at about 7-9psi.
As Secret Agent said....after 300whp, you are on borrowed time.

b20 sleeves are the weakest sleeves of the b series motors even sleeved they are the weakest sleeved block reason being is that cylinder 2 and 3 are connected unlike all the other b series motors
