I've got a 95 civic 4 door car with 2 subs in the trunk, 17 inch 205/40 tires on it. Sometimes on sharp turns, the tire touches the edge of the rear bumber and somewhere inside. I dont think the car is lowered before and I dont think the shocks are bad because the car is fine after I run through the bumps.
what do u suggest me to do? do I need stiffer springs?

thank you

Roll your fenders with a baseball bat. That fixed my rubbing problem in the back but be careful since you can crack your paint while doing it. I just heated the fender area and then slowly did it to soften everything up. But again, you running the risk or get the actual roll fender tool to do it if you don't want to use a baseball bat.

I don't think I can bend my fenders. but I have trimmed the rear bumber and it helped a little. rather I am looking for a reliable solution. thx anyway!

a reliable solution would be to get rims with a larger offset.

it would help to get rims with the rght offset. you got rims that are not right for your car. if you get springs you will lower the car and that will make it EASIER to rub...
