looks like your alt. is shorted. take it off and have autozone test it.
also check all the battery connections, and harness grounds

well i took it to the Dealership, and one of there Mechanic's said that the alt. wire was loose... well sure enough, i tightened it up, and it stopped.... but now my alternator is whining loud...

yo, that wire grounded out somewhere, you need to check the wire all the way to the battery.

I had the same problem, except mine was way worst. The wire on mine was glowing a bright orange it got so hot. Sure enough, the alt was shorted out.

WIRE PROBLEM COULD DEFINATELY RESULT FROM IT BEING LOOSE. AS FOR WHINING NOISE YOU PROBABLY HAVE THE BELT TENSIONER TO TIGHT. YOU ARE PUTTING THE BEARINGS IN A BIND. :gonk:
ANOTHER WAY TO CHECK IF THE ALT IS BAD IS TO PUT A VOLT METER ON THE POS AND NEG BATTERY TERMINALS WITH THE CAR RUNNING AND ALL THE LIGHTS ON. SHOULD READ 13 - 14 VOLTS.
