97 Civic tranny problem

Anybody know a good shop that rebuilds tranny's? :thumb:

what's wrong with it? exactly what transmission is it? I have fixed both B and D series transmissions before. I may be able to help you out.

another thing you could do is buy a used one off the boards here... I had my stock d series tranny rebuilt by honda and every 6 months thy would go out again... I had them fix it 4 times... on the 5th time it went out I bought a tranny off the boards for $100 and had it 8 months no problems before the car was totaled... take in mind I drive hard and I tend to tear them up... fyi

k
