tire fit 4th gen prelude

currently have 205/40/17 and they suck

i want 215/45/17 is that possible ... if not

i could live with 215/40/17 is that possible ???

shops tell me no larger than 205 on the prelude but that is there stupid computer telling them factory specs so i am looking for the opinions of people who have tried this and know the outcome. thanks

245/55r17..... offroad... you need it in houston. hehehe I keed I keed...

215/40r17 should work just fine... most ppl ride on this size tire...

I'm currently using 215/35r18... so if I can get away with that.... your 215/40r17's should be fine.

lol thats what most people say but ive been hitting the gym lately so i can live upto my avatars reputation. oh and maybe i will start brining a meat cleaver around with me too haha !! yeh ... didnt think i would have any probs with the 215/40/17's BUT thought i would ask ... what do you think about the 215/45/17 ???? OUR do you think i could dare to get away with 225/40/17 ?? now i am just getting wacky ... hey what happened to you showing up to suport the NS at the new HAK meet last saturday night hmmmm ... well, i wont be in town this weekend but i will be there the following weekend if the meet survives that long. thanks for your input and hope to see you cruising around sometime

I think at that point, it would be to big with your drop. 225/40 is just ganna be alil wider.... 215/45 is ganna be alil taller.. so it's really up to you. I wanted to go to the meet (well I did, really late tho) but I couldn't, my wifes cousin went to the hospital.. so we were there for the most part of the night. Man ever since you said you were moving over here I've been telling you that we'll go out for a cruz but we still haven't hahaha.. sorry, just been REALLY busy.
