2nd, 4th, and Reverse Won't Go "Into" Gear

This is on an 89 Prelude. I'm thinking its the linkage? Any other opinions?

synchros?I find it hard to believe that 3 synchros would go out at the same time. Especially all being on the bottom of the shift pattern.

perhaps something is loose on your linkage.

my friend had the same problem only it was just 3rd, 5th, and reverse and it ended up being that his shift linkage broke so definatley check that out
