i think thats the sensor inside of ur honda's distributor.

Its is one of the sensors in the dizzy. CYP sensor. You can check to see if the sensor is bad by unplugging the dizzy plug and checking the resistance with a ohm meter:

Obd 1 car : 350-700 ohms
Obd 2a (96-98): 500-1000 ohms
Obd 2b (99-00): 350-700 ohms

If the resistance is right you might have a break in the wiring.
