Im pretty sure only on Civic ITR in japan did they come in 4 lug, and theyre white.

the closest and cheapest way to go is get some hx wheels paint them white and do a lil red "H". not exact but close enough for cheapness.

only 97+ in the US, technically in japan it was 98+ (even tho the 98 ITR debuted in mid 97).
