the only thing that is damaged seems to be the lip but im no wheel expert so i thought i would get some opinoins...

My god, what did you do to it? Did you ride around on it flat like that? I would just get a whole new set. Thats going to bug you forever unless you really don't care?

Call hubcap depot. they can fix the lip and remachine the face. they do awsome work. price isent bad. :rock: ask for chris and tell him nacho rec. u.
