LSD install?

I am just getting prepared to start on my LSD install and was wondering if anyone had a good write up or info on how install an LSD.
I've done some research but I still have some doubts.
I have a YS1 trans and I will be installing and obx lsd.
I know I will be having to replace the shims but I am just not sure what type of bearings I will be needing.
I also found that honda bearing part#91005-P80-E31 would be and ideal bearing for a type r tranny but would like to know what would be best for my typical application.
This is my first time working with a transmission and I am very excited to begin but don't want to jump in without knowing what I am getting into.
All info provided will be greatly appreciated.

get a service manual, and don't attempt to do it without it. you will get lost, and you will fuck it up if you don't have the manual. there's just way too much crap in there to keep track of without the proper guide.

I have a manual just wanted to verify which bearing was required for my particular application. I will follow every direction to the key for proper installation. Just wanted some insight on what parts,materials, and if any some insights on how to this properly. Thanks for the replies and keep em comming.
