help my car has a heart beat

dude it wont stop reving up and down in neutral some one has told me to clean out the idle control valve. how would i do it, im lost. :wompwomp:

this is a honda???????

there is a valve underneath the throttle body that controls the fast idle when its cold. if you can locate it, remove it, open it up and there is a small white plug that needs to be screwed back on the little metal rod inside.
