I am in desperate need of a drop and I want my car to be stiffer. I am currently debating between whether I should get S-Tech's or Springs. I have heard that S-Tech's are stiff and are OK performance wise, but the drop is not that great ( On 95-99 Eclipse at least). The Sprints, however, lower the car two inches all around but I have not really heard about how they ride and how stiff the ride is. I want to order my suspension tonight so all comments welcome!

CHECK the spring rates vs your stock spring rate to see if they give you what you want

S-tech = 190lb/in front 110lb/in rear
High.tech (tein also) = 210 front, 130 rear
stock = ?
sprint = ? (have to email them i couldn't find it on their site :()

wish i could be of more help, i don't know why people make it so hard to find spring rates for their products (outside of tein) or maybe i'm just not resourceful enough

why not consider Eibach?
i've had sportlines for the past almost 3 years n they've been great

and i agree with alf......seeing as sprint neglects to go into detail about the construction type of the spring outside of materials they dont' seem to have any large backin to them being good springs
so i say Tein or eibach :thumb: eibach if you were askin my personal opinion,....

tein springs are outsourced to korea. their construction is not very good. korea is the japanese version of mexico as far as manufacturing goes for the us. They may make alright springs, but the construction and quality control is not up to par as it is with the rest of the domestic made springs. better to go with something made domestically by eibach (good quality manufacturing).

I am not sure if the outsourcing has affected the tein coilovers, though.

Eibach isn't made domestically. Its a German company.
