what do you have to do to wire from a si crx into a b16 motor? people said that i have to see which fits up and splice everything that doesnt fit

and some other people say to buy a 0bd1 wire harness
and other say to buy a 0bd0 already spliced into a 0bd1 wire harness

please can someone help me?

If the engine is and obd0 engine, you use the stock crx harness (wether it be hf,dx or si,though dx will require more wiring) .

Add three wires (vtec pressure sensor, vtec pressure switch and knock) and run a ground from the 2 pin sensor at the vtec solenoid to the thermostat housing.

The three wires you add,go from the sensor to the ecu.You will have to look up pinouts for that though,I dont have them in front of me...Theyre all over the internet.

Werd .... use your stock harness and lenghten wires as needed.

don't forget to also add the second O2 sensor, or tap into the first, otherwise it'll throw a code.

Best thing to do in your situation, would be to use an obd0 to obd1 jumper harness (p28 or p30 ecu) ..ditch the obd2 harness and use the crx harness..swap the injector plugs on the harness for obd2....remove the resistor box and run the 12v power wire straight to the four wires that went to the resistor box.Extend the map sensor wire from the firewall to the throttle body mounted map.Modify the wiring for the distributor at the harness side, not on the distributor..so a distributor swap wont require modifying anymore wiring.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
