1 complete revolution = 1psi

It may be different on every car. With a MBC its guess and check anyway, so go out and test it. Just don't turn it too much without going for a test run. Remember to start with it all the way down. (it should say which way to turn it to lower the boost)

i have a dual stage but im just using the first stage. mine was like 1/4 turn for 1 lb. but i would say test it out to make sure. u dont want to overboost.
