my AVCR recently decided to "lock" itself in the main menu screen (monitor, settings, etc. screen) i can toggle up and down through the options but it won't go to the screens that follow ...ie if settings is highlighted and i press the "next" button it will highlight monitor and if i press the "next"button again it will highlight settings. back and forth. is there a way to possibly reset unit?
and can it lock the user out?

i did leave the battery disconnected for 3 hours and still same thing

Well..i think i know what your problem is. Does it say next to setting [off]? If so, you gotta select either [A] or [B] to get into the settings of the boost controller. To select it, get the hightlight to settings and hit the right arrow to select A or B or OFF. Hope that helps.

i wish it was that easy. it will let me go to settings [a], [b] or [off] but it won't let me change the parameters in the settings or go to monitoring graphs.
