I've got a integra 96 four door and i've noticed that i get vibration in the brake pedals when i depress it from 1/2 the way down to all the way down... on dry pavement... when it's on wet pavement, it's a lot worse and the car kinda shakes and stuff... do the rotors need to be resurfaced or what?
